Overview:
As part of the Netflix publicity team for the film Bhakshak, starring Bhumi Pednekar, We were responsible for executing a comprehensive publicity strategy post-production, ensuring wide media attention and successful public engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management: Managed Bhumi Pednekar’s schedule and preparations for junket interviews, including handling her team for makeup, hair, styling, and transportation. Ensured seamless coordination and logistics throughout the publicity phase.
- Media Relations: Organized and managed key media engagements, including the teaser and trailer launches. Worked closely with entertainment journalists to secure feature stories highlighting Bhumi Pednekar’s role, building anticipation around the film.
- Strategy Development: Developed strategy documents and performed SWOT analyses to anticipate challenges, maximize coverage, and strategically position the film in the media.
- News & Sentiment Tracking: Monitored and tracked news coverage, public sentiment, and reviews, ensuring continuous positive engagement with the media and audience.
- Social Media Monitoring: Tracked social media conversations around the film, Bhumi Pednekar, and the cast, responding promptly to trends and public reactions.
- Coverage Success: Secured over 200 media coverages, including print, online, broadcast, and social media, significantly boosting the film’s visibility and contributing to its success in terms of publicity.
